The team at Kaizen Development knew they wanted to create something extraordinary at their gorgeous Class A.A. tower. The vision was to reflect the location where three neighborhoods of the city—Uptown, Victory Park, and Downtown merge.

The art installation represents this vision with statement pieces in form and material that reflect their brand of ‘linking’ to one another and the community.

The lobby’s monumental artwork consists of interlocking forms that highlight the interconnection of the community. The backlit glass mesmerizes visitors with its ever-changing colors.

A second installation uses thousands of rolled local publications to create a work inspired by the layout of the Uptown Dallas streets.
