When designing the space, the client envisioned an industrial, engaging space tied to the community. They wanted to capture the authentic Austin vibe — music, bike culture — everything that makes Austin a unique place.
The result was a vibrant art installation filled with multiple colors and textures to entice potential renters. The spaces are cohesive and create a comfortable environment for the students to call home.
