Modera Domain by Mill Creek Residential wanted minimalist style, inviting, home-like common areas bursting with color and texture. Their vision was to have sophisticated art to complement the swanky social club vibe of Austin’s “second downtown.”

The results are an art package that is authentic and uniquely Austin. Innovative sculptural art impresses the lobby, using tone-on-tone to create dramatic forms. The wood piece by the stairs uses negative space and an energetic color palette to draw your eye to the club level. Pops of color complement the rich jewel-tone color palette and create a vibrancy that connects with the bustling neighborhood.
