Art + Artisans lead art selection and installation for Austin Energy’s stunning new 200,000-square-foot Headquarters. The art package includes large-scale commissioned art, hand-painted murals, and custom graphics. Themes for the art revolved around the Austin spirit, company culture, the history of Austin Energy, and company values.

The two-story atrium features a dimensional wall sculpture composed of 13,000 hand-cut and dyed mylar leaves that appear to float on the wall. Visitors entering the building and from collaboration spaces on the second floor can enjoy the dramatic piece.

The whole art installation promotes conversation among Austin Energy employees and adds enjoyment to their day.
